Responsibilities
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing relevant banking advice• Proficiently open retail products and services for customers• Ensure accuracy for new accounts and make corrections if necessary• Suggest the correct products and services based on customer's needs• Inform and educate customers about our products and technologies• Follow through on referrals and refer business to partners• Develop new banking relationships from own network and community• Assist customers with service requests and transactions• Work with assigned teams to complete bank projects
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED• 1-2 years banking platform experience preferred• Strong working knowledge of retail products and services• Knowledge of legal entities and instruments• Flexible and able to travel to assigned Banking Centers
