You will work collaboratively with members of various leadership teams to implement operational excellence, drive revenue, and will be responsible for coaching, supporting, and inspiring team members nationally.Additionally, as the Retail Operations Business Partner, you will support the development of national, regional, and local initiatives using open and supportive communication methods to encourage productivity and successful execution and outcomes.You are passionate about motivating teams, providing excellent service to our internal customer, ensuring retail operations run smoothly and efficiently and helping drive and maximize sales in the company.
