Responsibilities
• Engaging and interacting with all customers• Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs• Accurately processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor• Initiating and participating in store recovery as needed• Promoting credit and loyalty programs• Supporting and participating in safety awareness• Accurately ringing customer purchases/returns• Maintaining merchandising procedures and standards• Providing and accepting ongoing recognition and feedback• Adhering to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
