Responsibilities
• Engage and interact with customers• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards• Support and embody a positive store culture• Process customer purchases/returns and promote credit and loyalty programs• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness standards• Provide and accept ongoing recognition and feedback• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety awareness• Perform assigned duties
Requirements
• Possess excellent customer service skills• Be able to work a flexible schedule• Have strong organizational skills with attention to detail• Be capable of balancing multiple tasks• Have strong communication skills• Be capable of lifting heavy objects• Work effectively with peers and supervisors• Preferably have retail customer experience
