Responsibilities
• Engage and interact with all customers• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards• Work in multiple areas of the store as needed• Model customer experience practices• Ring customer purchases/returns and provide change• Promote credit and loyalty programs• Uphold merchandising philosophy and procedures• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives• Perform assigned duties
