Responsibilities
• Engaging and interacting with all customers• Embodying customer experience principals and philosophy• Adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards• Supporting and embodying a positive store culture• Accurately processing customer purchases/returns• Promoting credit and loyalty programs• Maintaining merchandising philosophy and procedures• Preparing merchandise for the sales floor• Participating in store recovery• Maintaining store cleanliness and recovery standards• Providing and accepting ongoing recognition and feedback• Adhering to labor laws, policies, and procedures• Supporting store shrink reduction goals and programs• Participating in safety awareness and maintaining a risk-free environment• Performing assigned duties
Requirements
• Possessing excellent customer service skills• Able to work a flexible schedule• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail• Capable of balancing multiple tasks• Strong communication skills• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation• Ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors• Retail customer experience preferred
