We're looking for a Marketing thought leader, network builder, and natural motivator that can move the needle with people, projects and strategy.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the creation and go-to-market strategies for retail parts product marketing on behalf of Kenworth and Peterbilt dealers and TRP stores in North America. Additionally, you will head up our customer loyalty program, dealer advertising software and asset creation to enhance retail promotions through positive customer experiences. On backend systems, your knowledge and experience will drive analytics initiatives to leverage customer data for personalized digital communications and product offers. Your proven leadership skills will contribute to the growth and development of your team which includes the Retail Promotions Manager, Marketing Support Manager and the Marketing Analyst team. Externally, your relationships will span project management with vendor partners, joint initiatives with other departments, and regular communication with the PACCAR Parts dealer network.  Job Functions / Responsibilities Lead development and implementation of consumer-focused loyalty program and dealer advertising strategies to drive incremental retail sales growth.  Provide strategic direction and oversight to Retail Promotions Manager, Marketing Support Manager and Retail Marketing team. Leverage data analytics to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Manage large-scale Dealer Business System integrations and program enhancements.  Develop creative marketing initiatives, assets and platform enhancements with external vendor partners to drive customer engagement and reduce customer acquisition cost.  Work with dealers and outside sales teams to grow program participation.

  Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, technology, or related field required. Master's Degree preferred. Minimum 7 years related experience required. Minimum 5 years of leadership/supervisory experience with demonstrated abilities in problem solving, project management and change management desired. Experience implementing and managing marketing or consumer-focused programs. Experience in data management, CRM, and data analytics technologies. Experience working in sales and marketing either at OE, WD, or dealer level. Strong database marketing and analysis experience. Customer lifecycle marketing experience preferred. Ability to develop retail-focused strategies that drive incremental sales.  Creative vision for growing loyalty program membership and personalized marketing efforts.  Proven ability to lead team members and projects across departments and/or with external vendor partners.

  Salary Range: At PACCAR, we value talent and promote growth and development. We carefully consider numerous compensation factors including your education, training, or experience. The salary range for this position is $110,600 - $156,310 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
