Retail Marketing Ambassador Responsibilities: Provide top-notch customer service and support during in-store interactions Maintain high levels of compliance when interacting with customers by adhering to both retail and client practices Communicate with sales and customer service teams to best address customer needs Attend marketing and sales training sessions offered by clients and our own team Drive sales by promoting new products and offerings directly to customers Retail Marketing Ambassador Requirements:
Goal-oriented and driven Self-starter attitude with ability to problem solve / adjust approach as needed Customer Service background preferred, by not required Full-time schedule with allowance for flexibility if needed Ability to work both in teams and individually The Retail Marketing Ambassador position requires daily travel to our office and events.
