Essential Functions Supervise Teller/CSR staff for Pittsburg Ability to perform all CSR/Teller functions. Develop & provide ongoing training for CSRs & tellers. Monitor new account and revised account exceptions for Pittsburg. Follow up with employees and other managers, as needed. Review monthly teller audits for accuracy. Perform all CSR duties daily. Meet and greet customers. Open and process new accounts. Revise and maintenance existing accounts. Cross-sell bank services and products. Send Customer wires. Assists with online banking needs. Assist with all debit card needs. Upkeep with new/revised account exceptions. Provide notary services. Manage teller operations for Pittsburg. Approve schedule. Manage vault. Review and approve transactions various reports. Buy/sell money from Fed. Review Currency shipment log. Maintenance and review dormant accounts daily. Review and submit daily funds availability hold notices to operations. Schedule monthly meetings for any training opportunities, updated policies, etc. Review timecards for accuracy & submit weekly reports. Balance and replenish ATM. Interview and hire all teller/CSR staff for Pittsburg. Upkeep with dormant SDB. Upkeep with safekeeping. Additional Responsibilities Back up teller Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education, Experience, and Skills Associate degree or equivalent hours, preferred. Five years banking experience required. Two years supervising experience required. Interpersonal skills to represent the bank in a positive way in dealing with customers and other employees. Ability to maintain confidentiality of bank records and customer transactions.
