Burlington Stores is hiring Full-Time Customer Service Supervisors and Full-Time Selling Floor SupervisorsThe supervisors will be part of the store leadership team and work closely with Store ManagementThis position is a stepping-stone to a management role within the organization

Responsibilities
• Supervise all store functions and associates• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports• Promote safety for customers and associates• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration• Solve issues/concerns and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service• Reinforce company Asset Protection strategies• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates• Participate in workload planning meetings• Drive Community Relations participation• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence
Requirements
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or specialty environment• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
