Responsibilities
• Receive approximately 80-100 inbound calls per day regarding fraud• Build strong rapport with customers to impact the business• Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills• Navigate multiple technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment• Take ownership of customer interactions and respond with empathy• Work both independently and in a team environment• Abide by applicable regulatory and departmental practices• Attend paid classroom trainings as scheduled
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year customer interaction or customer support experience• Minimum of 6 months computer experience in a Windows-based environment• High school diploma or GED required• Previous experience working in a Call Center, Banking or Finance industry• Passion for helping people and solving problems• Ability to multitask using a computer and provide customer support• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
