Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and publish requested financial information• Provide financial analytical information to leadership• Control financial analysis and reporting• Assist in defining appropriate reports and scorecards• Develop predictive financial models• Analyze operational costs and develop action plans• Set standard costs and recommend labor, supplies, and miscellaneous costs• Develop and analyze cost standards• Establish costs of business processes• Prepare audit reports and present findings• Generate and analyze historical and current financial data• Create financial reports for strategic decision-making• Create processes to track financial data and alert stakeholders• Analyze business practices to improve profit margins• Generate data to support company benchmarks• Study industry-specific information and compare to Wesco• Utilize software programs to collect and analyze data• Provide business analysis training• Identify data and trends to leadership
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or analytical discipline• 3-5 years of relevant business experience• Ability to follow through on assignments and projects• Strong planning and organizational skills• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• High level of maturity, discretion, tact, and judgment• Maintain and protect confidential information• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Excellent attendance and punctuality record• Ability to manage a fluctuating workload and tight deadlines• Enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work• Commitment to company's principles and mission
