Role Summary Bullfrog Spas - Retail Department is looking for an individual to elevate and create the best customer sales experience possible . The goal is to "Create Peaceful Lives" for our customers before and after our customers purchase our products. We believe this is possible by creating easy to follow training programs , creating documentation , and creating process for easy access for our team members . Bullfrog Spas - Retai l Sales Manager is to build a sweeping sales strategy to meet quotas, manage our team of sales professionals, and oversee the financial success of the department. Retail Sales Manager uses both sales expertise and interpersonal skills to train existing staff and new employees. Bullfrog S pas is looking for someone who is motivated and outgoing . Main Duties and Responsibilities Team Leadership: Leading, motivating, and supervising sales team to achieve targets and maintain high performance. Develop and support c ontinuously improve ment p ro jects that promote efficiency and eliminate waste. Create and standardize communication s methods for team members internally and externally. Create methods to audit performance and create adequate changes for successful results. Nurture an environment where team members can excel through encouragement and empowerment . Training and Team Development: Providing training, coaching, and professional development to sales team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge . C reat e e ducational materials with regular and often scheduled training . Develop new methods of training via Video recordings, Video Conference , team summits, and one on one . Create levels of training to support beginner to advanced sales knowledge and skills . M anage Key Performance Indicators for tracking team training success . Review all local laws or guidelines that apply to our product and train teams to be compliant. Train team on products Sales Strategy and Sales Forecasting : Developing effective sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue and market share. Develop plans and strategies to set budgets and targets. Create event plans and strategies. Track success and adjust. A lign with overall company goals. Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and areas for improvement, and work with store managers to execute strategies effectively. Manage p ricing and p rograms of current and future products prior to launch . Adjust when needed. Identify where improvements can be made and develop success-driven plans . Predicting future sales trends and making informed decisions based on data analysis. Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing sales metrics to evaluate team and individual performance. Monitor and analyze the performance of all and/or individual stores, including sales figures, profit margins, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction. Provide guidance and support to Area and store managers to improve performance and achieve targets. Manage and generate reports for team and supervisor. Monitor customer activity. Customer Relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service. Improve customer satisfaction by anticipating consumer needs . Market Analysis : Monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Collaboration : Working closely with marketing, product, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals. Work closely with the marketing department to build and align promotions . Strategize to adjust when needed. Work closely with s ervice and d elivery to provide on time delivery and create amazing customer experience. Work closely with s tore operations to ensure stores are held to brand standards. Work closely with people and cu lture and take charge of recruiting and hiring sales staff. Reporting : Generating regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to communicate progress to higher management. Be responsible for sales budget , maintaining sales operations and manag ing detailed sales expectations and plan accordingly . Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred. Proven track record of success in sales management of 10 plus locations , with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives . Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and reporting. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to travel frequently within the designated region or country as needed. Luxury or high-end Retail experience preferred .
