Retail Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:
-Oversee customer interactions at location and ensure customer service standards to promote and grow customer relationships and increase overall sales and profitability for location.
-Upsell services and products
-Excellent communication and ability to get connected in the community and build relationships
-Attention to detail and ability to be flexible and work at a fast, efficient pace is imperative for success.
Company offers insurance benefits, paid vacation/sick time, and quarterly team building outings to hot spots in Memphis.
Location: Jackson, TN 38305
Hourly rate: $15
Store operates Monday-Sunday from 8:00 am – 6:30 pm - Must be flexible/available working weekend days.
Previous Retail experience is a plus.
