We are hiring associates to provide front-line customer service with a focus on preventing shrinkage and loss.

Supports the store's success by welcoming and engaging guests and team members as they enter the store. Assists the store management team in maintaining a safety-focused culture by assessing and addressing physical safety concerns throughout the interior and exterior of the store. Works with store management and loss prevention team to effectively respond to and accurately document security incidents. Works with loss prevention to understand and exhibit de-escalation techniques when addressing customer concerns to ensure a safe and secure environment for the store. Assists in stock rotation, merchandise racks, shelves, and other displays in a presentable manner. Assists store team leadership in the training of new personnel. Assists in maintaining a clean store, cleaning shelves, dusting, vacuuming floors, and cleaning windows and mirrors.
