Retail Customer Service Associate

Latitude & CO is looking for Entry Level candidates for positions in Customer Service. Our Customer Service Associates are provided professional training to help ensure growth within our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Assisting our clients in the RETENTION and ACQUISITION of customers. Consult with various accounts to provide customer service and support. Work alongside our CUSTOMER SERVICE and CONSULTATIVE SALES team. Learn the business aspect of running a successful client EVENT CAMPAIGN. All business & COMMUNICATION aspects between our clients and their target market Display great customer service and communication skills to give face-to-face PRESENTATIONS to potential new customers. Must show disciplined work ethic with an outstanding ATTITUDE in order to lead others. Exhibit/Develop a strong skill set in building lasting professional relationships with customers and clients. Assist customers with their wireless products and services. REQUIREMENTS : 1-2 years customer service/sales or related experience preferred. Worked as part of a team and/or independently to reach client objectives. Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to apply constructive feedback. Communicate effectively and professionally daily.
