The Senior Branch Administrator will oversee personnel needs and operational accuracy and consistency for all retail branch employees and will report to the Chief Operating Officer of the Bank.
Support branch managers with all personnel management in cooperation with the human resources department. This includes staffing, employee relations, employee development, performance management, disciplinary action, etc.).Ensure that performance standards are consistent across all branches by supporting training programs and contributing insights towards employee evaluations.Model appropriate behaviors and performance. The Senior Branch Administrator must be capable of performing all transactions and processes efficiently, must demonstrate strong communication ability using appropriate tone and tact and be able to interpret and implement applicable policies and procedures ensuring operational accuracy and consistency amongst branch offices.Work in cooperation with the Customer Experience and People Insights Manager, ensuring that retail branch employees fully support customer experience and product marketing initiatives.A Bachelor's Degree plus 10 or more years of experience is preferred (a mix of education and experience will also be considered) Experience and Skills:Demonstrate high level of competency in Microsoft Office products and banking software systems such as core banking software, client acquisition softwareCombine the art of leading and inspiring with the science of maintaining regulatory compliance, managing risk and ensuring sound and consistent proceduresHave prior experience leading a team of people, establishing relationships with customers (both business and consumer) and developing new businessA Bachelor's Degree plus 10 or more years of experience is preferred (a mix of education and experience will also be considered) BenefitsBenefit package includes the following: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (Bank pays 75% of Medical and Dental premiums), 401k plan plus 5% employer match, 13 paid holidays, PTO, Company-Paid Disability and Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Career Development and Promotion Opportunities, employee events, work/life balance, etc.
