Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and management for a team in an assigned region• Model exceptional customer service and high level of knowledge of bank products• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers• Ensure efficient, compliant, and profitable operations at all regional locations• Hold team accountable for service and sales performance standards• Collaborate with team and bank leadership to develop and achieve goals• Supervise, train, and develop associates and managers• Manage professional improvement and performance development• Engage in Landmark National Bank Culture initiatives• Represent the bank well in the community and on social media
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience• Supervisory and management experience• Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality• Demonstrated leadership skills• Strong planning and organizational skills• Advanced communication and customer service skills• Consumer lending experience preferred• Advanced level of understanding of basic personal computer programs• Valid driver's license• Travel to banks in region is required
