Retail Banker

Job Description Security Bank is looking to add a Retail Banker to our team!  We are seeking an organized team-oriented individual who enjoys a customer centric environment.  This role will assist with the day-to-day branch operational tasks, which will include:
Basic teller transactions Opening new accounts; DDA's, Savings, CD's, Safe Deposit Boxes Complete Loan Applications, Organizing Loan Documents, Disbursements Customer inquiry resolutions; fraud, disputes, etc. Compliance with Operational, Security and Audit Policies & Procedures Build Long-term relationships with colleagues and customers  Community involvement activities Other duties as assigned  Skills and Qualifications:
Attention to detail and high-level of accuracy Prior cash handling and/or banking experience is preferred but not required Excellent Communication Skills Financial/Math skills Commitment to confidentiality Demonstrated initative and ability to work independently and with teams Customer-centric Excellent benefits package including competitive salary, 401(k), health, life, dental, and vision insurance.
