Customer Impact:The Retail Associate is responsible for providing excellent service for all internal and external customers by using knowledge of company products, policies and processes to solve problems and address concerns. The individual must also communicate effectively with team members within the customer service department.
Overview: Full time benefits include earning vacation time and holidays right away. Earn bonuses when you set sales appointments. Get paid early with On-Demand payments. Key Duties: Provides timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and product requests.Welcome customers and assist them with loading salt and water (must lift 50 lbs.)Resolves customer concerns. Escalates matters to management when necessary.Assists customers by scheduling service and/or installation appointments.Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department procedures.Works with other teams within the company to make sure that customers get to individuals who can assist them.Provides timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns.Enters accurate information into the Clearwater database with a high attention to detail.Transacts customer purchases through POS.Forklift operation to move pallets of salt and water (will train.)Maintains inventory.Keeps retail location clean and presentable both inside and outside.Represents Clearwater with professionalism and courtesy.Assists in additional operations/warehouse functionsAssists in deliveries using box truckCompetencies: Customer Service - Responds promptly to customer needs.Teamwork - Contributes to building a positive team spirit.Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment.Quality – Strong attention to detail.
