Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm Monday-Friday but may change once store officially opens July 8th.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Home Decor Retail Associates. Job Summary: As a Home Decor Retail Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect items to enhance their homes. You will assist in maintaining the store's visual appeal, stocking shelves, pricing and arranging product, loading product into customers vehicles if needed and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all customers
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude. Provide knowledgeable and personalized advice on home decor products. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage inventory by receiving, restocking, and organizing merchandise. Assist in setting up displays and arranging merchandise to promote sales. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to pass a drug and background screen. Previous retail experience, preferably in home decor or a related field. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. Ability to climb ladders and perform other physical tasks as needed.
