Responsibilities
• Maintain customer service levels in accordance with Total Service standards• Acknowledge and greet guests with a smile• Promote the selling of merchandise and be able to up sell merchandise• Handle all payment transactions for customer purchases• Receive, unpack, fold, and put away daily deliveries of merchandise• Work with supervisors to display inventory according to planograms• Maintain visual and merchandising standards• Participate in store cleanliness by keeping areas neat and uncluttered• Assist with inventory and attend mandatory meetings and training sessions• Complete job assignments as directed by the Supervisor on Duty
Requirements
• High School Diploma required, College degree preferred• Ability to obtain/renew government required licenses or certifications• Knowledge, skills, and abilities gained through education, training or experience• Ability to adhere to uniform standards and maintain a clean appearance• Excellent customer service and communication skills• Knowledgeable about the products sold in the stores• Ability to handle cash register operations and comply with cash management policies• Physical labor may be required for stocking and transporting stock• Attention to detail and ability to follow planograms and visual guidelines• Ability to maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping standards
