Responsibilities
• Oversees daily activity and ensures breaks and lunches• Handles discounts and pricing issues in the POS system• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the store• Opens and closes the store, including cash handling• Handles escalated customer service issues• Ensures compliance with rules and regulations• Tracks cash movements and records tips• Delegates tasks to staff for store maintenance
Requirements
• Current badge to work in cannabis industry in Colorado preferred• Open availability including holidays and weekends• Experience in customer service and cash handling• High ethical standards• Ability to follow rules, regulations, and SOPs• Previous retail management experience a plus• Positive attitude and organizational skills
