Role Definition: As a Restructure Analyst you will assist customers with contract modifications providing payment and non-payment relief.
Responsibilities: Supporting customers in financial distress with innovative financial solutions. Working with internal departments to conduct research and resolve transaction discrepancies. Executes the daily quoting/documentation and booking activities for the department. Skills and Experience: Follows proper data gathering and analysis processes and policies. Explains operational functions and key functional roles of own department or unit. Helps others research and learn more about business analytics tools and applications. Recognizes changing demands and priorities; validates changes with management. Understands how current assignments contribute to organizational goals. Performs at least 2-3 concurrent activities without reducing productivity. Identifies key aspects of problem-solving techniques used in own area. Provides a quality of service that customers describe as excellent. Provides direct service to internal or external customers. Explains the importance of accuracy in own function or unit. Identifies tasks or outputs that require accuracy and detail-level attention. Additional Information: This role is a hybrid position and would require any successful candidate to commit to a 3 day per week in office requirement.
