Position Overview:
They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a key player in the sales force, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, building relationships with clients, and promoting their comprehensive services in the areas of mitigation, restoration, remediation, and large-scale catastrophe response.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:

Actively prospect, acquire, and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including insurance professionals, property managers, and business owners, commercial (hospitality, healthcare, education, institutions, multi-family, large loss, and catastrophic).

Consultative Selling:

Understand client needs and challenges, providing consultative solutions that align with our services in mitigation, restoration, and large-scale catastrophe response.

Market Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to contribute to the development of effective sales strategies.

Revenue Generation:

Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the overall revenue growth of the company.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and operational staff, to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.

Reporting:

Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

Qualifications:
Proven Sales Experience:

Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in the restoration and construction industry.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with mitigation, restoration, and construction services, including expertise in water, fire, mold, and catastrophic loss.

Relationship Building:

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with clients at various levels.

Results-driven:

Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex solutions effectively.

Adaptability:

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing market conditions.

Team Collaboration:

A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal teams to achieve common goals.

Education and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Minimum of 1 plus years of successful sales experience, particularly in the restoration and construction industry with an established book of business.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
