Co-facilitate workshops and offer support to the field to improve the success of native plant restoration, reclamation, and revegetation projects.35%Work with regional program managers to coordinate development of regional technical guidance documents and training materials that unit practitioners can use to design and plan projects.25%Seed Network Development: Needs assessment, partnership building and proposals for increased production and storage.25%Review scientific literature and existing protocols to revise and recommend post-fire seeding and monitoring protocols.15%Other:Travel Requirements: Within region travel to visit degraded sites in USFS units and consult with staff on project scoping, and technical and resource need.
