Customer Service Coordinator (Intake and Dispatch)

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with the support and guidance they need during a stressful situation. Your exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, will be key in ensuring our clients feel heard and supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service Excellence: You'll handle incoming calls with empathy and attention to detail, ensuring our clients feel valued and supported. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
2. Relationship Building: You'll foster collaborative relationships within our team, working closely with our Field Mitigation Managers, Crew Chiefs, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
3. Coordination and Dispatch: Your organizational skills will be put to the test as you coordinate and dispatch jobs to our field teams, ensuring timely and efficient service.
4. Data Management: You'll maintain accurate records in our software programs, ensuring our data is up-to-date and reliable.
5. Teamwork: You'll work closely with our Field Mitigation Manager to address customer concerns and recognize team members for exceptional service.
6. Administrative Support: You'll assist with general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports, as well as greeting walk-in customers.
Qualifications:
- A strong customer service background, with experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish a plus.
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in Word and Excel.
- The ability to listen and provide timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Previous office or receptionist experience is beneficial.
This role requires flexibility, as our business operates 24/7. During peak periods, you may be required to work outside of regular business hours. However, we offer flexible work from home options to support your work-life balance.
