Restaurant Supervisor

Taco Bell - Fairview Heights is currently hiring a full time or part time Restaurant Supervisor for our Fairview Heights, IL location. A Restaurant Supervisor should not only supervise their team but lead it to acheive their goals. A Restaurant Supervisor will assist in the planning and management at Taco Bell - Fairview Heights in order to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, compliance with store policies all while meeting and/or exceeding financial goals. Applicants for this role should have effective verbal and written communication skills.Restaurant Supervisor responsibilitiesMonitor team members to follow all service standards.Supervise service of guests, being watchful of signals from guests in need of service.Assist manager to establish and monitor sidework duty completion.Read daily communication sheets from previous shift and prepare one for the following shift.Check restaurant for cleanliness and set up.
