As the supervisor at the resort restaurants, you'll be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the front-of-house team at Suncadia's Stovehouse Restaurant. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll assist in training and providing team oversight. With a passion for guest service, you'll lead the team in the creation of memorable dining experiences for our guests. Salary: $19.00/hour

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401k (with a company match!) benefits, and more   Perks: Enjoy free golf, discounts on resort retail and food & beverage, and more!  A Balanced Life: Full-time team members are eligible for 2-weeks of PTO and holiday pay in their first year   Travel is good for the soul: Experience destinations around the country with team member hotel discounts   Growth: Opportunities for internal career growth and expansion   Celebrate: Monthly team member gatherings, quarterly events, and the legendary Team Member Golf Tournament   Be Part of the Magic: Trust us, seeing a first-time guest take in our Cascade views never gets old   *Some benefits may vary based on job status Work in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager to insure outstanding customer service and profitability within the Restaurant operations on a daily basis Comply with all Liquor and Labor regulations Responsible for reinforcement of department and company standards through training including all Suncadia policies, procedures and safety regulations Responsible for understanding POS system, updating changes and training staff in its use Responsible for the correct administration and supervision of restaurant reservations Responsible for the proper use of supplies, materials, and equipment Attends all meetings required of Department Leaders Maintains a commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction Assists in the development and execution of new promotions, events, etc. Responsible for the service standards of the outlets Maintains strong knowledge of hospitality trends, especially in food & beverage Monitors Revinate scores, shares with team and ensures service standards are met Assists with scheduling and payroll for all outlets Adjust daily staffing levels as appropriate Provides prompt follow-up to all guest concerns Touches tables in all outlets in an effort to strengthen guest relations Maintains a safe and pleasant work environment Assists in managing Outlet F&B storage Works closely with purchasing to ensure proper cost control and quality product Recommends discipline and/or termination when appropriate of team members Attends appropriate resort, division and department meetings Resolves guest issues promptly and with great care and effectiveness Offers warm and sincere welcome/farewell for all guests of Suncadia Resort including use of guest name & good eye contact with each guest Maintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special events Interacts with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information Remains alert, courteous and helpful to the guests and colleagues at all time Performs other duties as assigned Must be 21 years of age or older Must obtain a Class 12 Mixologist permit within 90 days of beginning employment Current Food Handler's permit or ability to obtain one within 2 weeks of employment Must be able to read, write and speak English Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays At least three years of fine dining food and beverage experience preferred Computer literate Must be knowledgeable in wine and wine service Must possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities #SuncadiaResort
