Responsibilities
• Oversee restaurant operations including in-room dining and dining room• Maintain menus and ensure cleanliness• Ensure sufficient staffing for each meal period• Provide high level of service to guests• Maintain positive attitude and high morale among staff• Ensure all employees follow service standards• Maintain clean and orderly restaurant and bar• Develop regular customer base• Assist with tasks assigned by managers or director
Requirements
• Competent with Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office• Demonstrated supervision/management experience• Enthusiasm for food and beverage operations• Must pass a background check• Some college experience• Two to four years experience in high volume, high quality restaurant• Minimum one year management/supervisory experience• Previous job in a restaurant line position
