A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT STORE MANAGER
In this hospitality position, you keep our restaurant on track as you manage our staff, inventory, and food service operations. You handle our hiring, skillfully looking through applications, conducting interviews, handling onboarding, and overseeing training. You also assist in the continued training of our current employees. Each week, you create the schedule based on the individual availability of each employee.
You effectively delegate tasks to each of the team members on shift, including other managers. Each day, you check our inventory and put in orders when needed. When you work opening or closing shifts, you make sure that our timelines are followed to the letter. You take pride in your ability to successfully run our food service establishment!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESTAURANT STORE MANAGER
2+ years of restaurant management
21+ years of age
Valid Missouri liquor license
Familiarity with the Toast, Inc. point of sale (POS) system would be a plus. Are you a capable leader? Can you be persistent in finding solutions and getting great results? Are you analytical and an effective critical thinker? Do you have excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail? Are you an honest and hardworking individual? If yes, you might just be perfect for this hospitality position!
WORK SCHEDULE FOR A RESTAURANT STORE MANAGER
This food service position is full-time and typically works between the business hours of 10 AM - 11 PM, Sunday - Thursday, and between 10 AM - 1 AM on Fridays and Saturdays.
