Responsibilities
• Exceed guest's expectations and contribute to delivering an excellent experience• Greet and guide guests through the menu with a thorough knowledge of food and beverage offerings• Provide timely, attentive, fun and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued• Create positive first impressions to build loyalty in return guests• Maintain a neat workspace and complete daily side work• Work and communicate well with guests, fellow employees, and management• Identify and resolve product quality issues before serving guests• Prioritize tasks, be efficient with time, and pay attention to detail• Continuously learn about products and procedures• Maintain composure in a busy environment and think on your feet
Requirements
• Previous experience is a plus, but not necessary as training will be provided• Enjoy meeting and talking to new people• Have great manners on the telephone• Stay well-organized and have a strong attention to detail• Value honesty and integrity• Be a motivated team player willing to lend a helping hand• Ability to self-identify and complete necessary side-work• Have an outgoing personality and treat everyone like an old friend
