Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations.• Deliver superior guest services and ensure satisfaction.• Coordinate communication between front of house and back of house staff.• Mentor and coach staff.• Make hiring and termination recommendations.• Oversee financial responsibilities and adhere to company standards.• Arrange proper onboarding for new employees.• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
• High school diploma required.• Experience with high-volume full service corporate casual dining.• Familiarity with restaurant management software.• Customer service, communication, and team management abilities.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for 8 to 10 hours.• Ability to motivate and direct managers and employees effectively.
