Restaurant Manager

Roze Pony is looking for an experienced full time floor manager.

Roze Pony, sister restaurant to Cafe Roze is a new neighborhood restaurant located in Belle Meade.
We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, alongside a fully stocked bar, including a grab-and-go market, offering coffee and snacks. As Restaurant Service Manager, the individual will undertake all necessary duties as are generally performed by individuals who are employed in such capacity. This includes but is not limited to:
Coordinate restaurant operations during each shift Monitor adherence to health, safety and hygiene standards in kitchen, restaurant and bar Ensure alcohol regulations are adhered to Education of wine and service to staff Interact with guests to ensure all inquiries and complaints are handled promptly Ensure cash management procedures are completed accurately Oversee service of all guests in the restaurant and assist in managing the expedient delivery of food and beverage
