Our client is an established franchisee of a casual full-serve dining chain. Responsibilities Overall responsibility of the restaurant when GM is not present Delegate responsibilities to other team members P&L, Budgets, Labor Costs, Food Costs, etc. Inventory Train, coach and discipline in accordance with company policies Qualifications: 4 year's experience as a Assistant Manager in full-service dining and/or as a General Manager in a casual, fast food, or Quick Serve Restaurant Ability to articulate personal and team success stories No more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years or 3 in the last nine years unless your restaurant was sold or closed Proven track record in increasing sales History of strong cost controls Passion for great customer service Energy for a high-volume restaurant Team-development focus Good business sense EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER We MATCH Our Candidates with the BEST Companies and Career Opportunities in the Industry...
