Responsibilities
• Adhere to company and departmental policies• Maintain a safe work environment• Maintain a professional reputation• Receive payment from guests in a prompt and courteous manner• Provide initial cordial reception to guests• Answer telephones and make reservations• Verify reservations before seating guests• Advise guests of waiting time• Seat guests according to rotation procedure• Resolve guest complaints or escalate to manager• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards• Communicate daily with food and beverages leaders• Assist with restaurant maintenance• Maintain regular attendance
Requirements
• Must be 21 years of age or above• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license• High school diploma or GED preferred• Previous cash handling experience preferred• Experience with a POS system preferred• Must pass Basic Math Test with 85%• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required• Ability to read and interpret documents• Ability to perform basic math calculations• Ability to follow instructions
