Required Skills and Experience: Prior restaurant management or leadership role with a successful history of quality guest service, team building, and development of people Experience in analyzing financial statements, sales reports, and performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement Aptitude towards learning, coaching, and teamwork; ability to motivate, train, and hold a diverse staff accountable in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and quality standards while efficiently managing time and priorities Effective communication skills with guests and team members Proficient in typical desktop software programs Experience in inventory management, scheduling, spreadsheets, labor management, and knowledge of P&L's is desired Always focused on profits and sales growth Physical Requirements: Available to work a variety of hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience with bonus potential Comprehensive health benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and AD&D insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance Accident and critical illness insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match after 1 year of service Paid time off, starting with one week after 6 months and additional PTO annually after 1 year Meal allowance for personal or work use Amazing culture centered on the team and family-friendly hours Paid training About Our Concept: Freddy's is a fast-casual restaurant franchise founded in 2002.
