Responsibilities
• Manage the overall operations of the restaurant.• Develop and mentor the team.• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain policies and procedures.• Utilize technology for inventory, ordering, scheduling, and communication.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an AGM or GM in a casual or fast casual restaurant.• Financial experience with P&L management and controlling costs.• Proven ability to develop and lead a team.• Proficient with technology for inventory, ordering, scheduling, and communication.
