Responsibilities
• Trains, coaches, and develops entire restaurant team• Performs daily opening, closing, operational, and administrative duties• Ensures proper staffing and compliance with sanitation and safety regulations• Works effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, guests, vendors, and corporate partners• Listens, communicates, and resolves guest concerns• Delivers timely results with minimal supervision• Control costs and identifies measures to reduce waste• Meets or exceeds set standards of financial performance
Requirements
• Must be 21 years old or older• A minimum of 2+ years as a GM in the hospitality business• Working knowledge of all staff functions
