Responsibilities
• Lead the team to establish a positive work environment and provide excellent customer service• Manage the entire restaurant operation and ensure the team consistently delivers great food and a friendly experience• Recruit, hire, and develop employees, conduct orientation, and create training plans• Schedule and deploy the team, address performance issues, and resolve customer concerns• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED, College or University Degree preferred• 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility• Basic computer literacy• Strong preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager position• At least 21 years old• Pass background check and drug test• Reliable transportation• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical/decision-making skills• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.• Able to tolerate standing, walking, and stooping during 80% of shift time
