Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot, repair, assess, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment• Diagnose issues, conduct thorough research, and efficiently repair appliances• Maintain proper truck inventory and generate detailed service reports• Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working with intricate machinery
Requirements
• Commercial appliance repair experience• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.• Technical ability to use a tablet and provide digital tickets• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record• Preferred: 2 years of commercial kitchen and hot-side equipment repair experience, CFESA certification, knowledge and experience with residential equipment, certification to work with rational equipment/combi ovens
