Responsibilities
• Manage restaurant back of house/kitchen & front of house/service teams• Ensure seamless day-to-day front of house operations• Craft a memorable experience for Guests• Foster a culture that continuously strives for improvement• Uphold company standards• Work as a member of the restaurant management team
Requirements
• Preferably 2+ years in restaurant management• Comfortable supporting the kitchen team• Must be at least 21 years old• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays• Reliable transportation required• Able to obtain required certifications/permits• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.• Knowledgeable about local and state health codes• Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules preferred• P&L knowledge is a plus
