Responsibilities
• Lead a high performing team with the General Manager• Deliver excellent customer service and create a good experience for guests• Hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers• Identify and develop talent in the team• Follow operational and inventory control procedures• Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing• Lead with a culture of food safety and cleanliness• Work 45 hours per week within operating hours• Perform physical activities and use a valid driver's license if needed• Create an inclusive and diverse environment
Requirements
• Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus• Conflict resolution and communication skills• Ability to work variable shifts throughout the week• Must be at least 18 years old
