Responsibilities
• Lead a high performing team with the General Manager• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a great experience for guests• Hire, train, and manage restaurant team members• Foster talent and develop high performers for promotions• Follow operational and inventory control procedures• Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, and labor management• Lead with a culture of food safety and cleanliness• Ability to work 45 hours per week within operating hours• Physical requirements may apply• Valid driver's license may be required
Requirements
• Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus• Conflict resolution, verbal, and written communication skills• Ability to work variable shifts throughout the week• Must be at least 18 years old
