Responsibilities
• Lead a high performing team with the General Manager• Welcome guests and deliver world-class customer service• Hire, train, and manage restaurant team members and shift managers• Identify and foster talent, develop high performers for promotions• Follow operational and inventory control procedures• Assist with scheduling, expense tracking, labor management, and local restaurant marketing• Lead with a culture of food safety and cleanliness• Work 45 hours per week within operating hours• Perform physical tasks as required in a standard kitchen/restaurant environment• Possibly require driving, so a valid driver's license is required
Requirements
• Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience• Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management is a plus• Conflict resolution skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Ability to work variable shifts throughout the week• Must be at least 18 years old
