Red Robin is hiring for a full-time Restaurant Assistant General ManagerThe AGM is responsible for overall operations and performance in the GM's absenceMust be at least 21 years old and have a minimum of 1 year full service restaurant leadership experience
Job seniority: associate level
Responsibilities
• Maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, building maintenance, sanitation, and food quality• Motivating, coaching, and delegating duties to Associate Managers and/or Shift Supervisors• Supporting the General Manager in managing restaurant back of house and front of house teams• Working as a member of the restaurant management team to achieve fast track growth
Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant leadership experience preferred• High School diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred• Serv Safe certified recommended• Must be able to obtain alcohol service permit where required by law• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays• Reliable transportation required
