Resource - Consultant

Independent Consutlant Job Title: ServiceNow "ITBM/ SPM Implentation Resource" Client Location: St Louis, MO Duration: 12+Months Hybrid - Once in Month as per client need Looking for independent candidates This is a Greenfield implementation (start to end). 
This is a true consultant role in fact they are looking at direct implementation partners as well, so this is who we are competing against. 
This SPM portfolio will integrate with the two following systems:
1) Azure ADO
2) Smartsheet's
This consultant will need to be familiar with API set-ups, Data Mapping/Data model configuration for SPM, as well as guiding them on role based access set-up. 
We have recently purchased ServiceNow's Strategic Portfolio Management application (formerly called ITBM or IT Business Management) and are looking for an implementer. This resource will need to have proven experience in implementing SPM/ITBM and can guide us through best-practices and approach for a large-scale migration to the product from several other project and portfolio management tools.
