Who We Are: Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center is located in Breckenridge, Colorado - the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Nestled between the mountain and Main Street, at Beaver Run you're just a few steps away from the ski slopes in the winter and the hiking trails in the summer. With 40,000 square feet of conference and meeting spaces, Beaver Run is the largest conference center in Breckenridge with the most scenic views and most professional team, services and amenities.
What You'll Do: The Resort Service Agent plays a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our resort. This position will be responsible for answering calls to the main resort phone line and ensure that calls are directed to the appropriate place. The Resort Service Agent will also coordinate our guest shuttle and liaise between guests and the shuttle drivers. Other Front Office tasks may be assigned as necessary to business needs. Candidates must provide friendly, personable customer service and work well in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Housing may be available on a first-come, first-served basis based on position. Full-time year-round positions are eligible for benefits as listed below. Full- and part-time positions available Position starts at $20.00/hr. Duties/Responsibilities: Answer primary phone line for the resort and direct calls where appropriate. Act as primary point-of-contact for guests, answering questions and addressing concerns. Communicate with other departments such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, etc. to inform them of any guest needs or issues. Dispatch shuttle and keep guests informed about expected times and pick up location. What You'll Bring: 1+ years front desk/customer service experience - preferred Experience with Springer Miller hotel management software - preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite - preferred Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish - preferred. Proficiency in written and spoken English - required.
