Key Responsibilities:

Respond to emergencies calmly and efficiently, ensuring the well-being of residents and coordinating with appropriate personnel as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, incidents, and activities.

Prepare reports detailing residents' progress, challenges, and any significant changes.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to communicate relevant information and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a residential care setting or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in residential care.
