Established Miami Property Management Company seeking a full-time Property Manager to help manage a portfolio of 40 multifamily apartment buildings located in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be an energetic, multi-skilled, self-starter who is looking to grow!
Job Description:
Will be responsible for helping manage all aspects of the teams operations. Our PM will be able to coordinate maintenance requests, perform administrative duties and help support the leasing team. Multi-tasking and exceptional communication are a must!
Candidates must possess a strong work ethic, excellent listening and comprehension skills, have a team-player mentality, and be able to ask the right questions to identify problems. Candidates must maintain a high level of professionalism and a respectful attitude in all personal interactions, both internal and external. Successful representatives demonstrate a high sense of urgency while remaining enthusiastic.
Requirements:
2 + years of property management and/or leasing experience (Apartment)
Knowledgeable in Fair Housing laws
Administrative/clerical background
Customer service and sales-oriented
Excellent communication skills
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
Microsoft Office proficient
CAM License
Key Responsibilities:
Field calls from both current and potential tenants
Perform on-line marketing and show the units
Show units at the 40 buildings located within 10 miles of Coral Gables
Create and maintain service records at a high volume
Create and maintain customer account records
Identify and route non-customer service-related calls efficiently
Schedule service appointments
Perform daily administrative tasks such as collection, lease renewals
